Peacefully positioned, close to the ancient Fogou,in the centre of the estate, the thatched Doctor’s Cottage dates from the 16th century and retains its original character although modernised to Trelowarren’s high standards.

Downstairs. There is an open plan living area comprising the kitchen with feature period fireplace, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, dining and sitting areas with a second fireplace. A woodburner supplements the electric heating system. Utility room with washing machine and cloakroom. Master bedroom with en suite bathroom

Upstairs.Second double bedroom with en suite shower and a further double bedroom with two single beds, en suite shower. The beds in the second double bedroom can be zip and linked.

Outside. There is a large garden with fruit trees, trellises and lawns.
