Carleen (Sleeps 6)
Carleen is an historic farmstead, separately listed in the Domesday Book but also incorporated within the ring fence of the Trelowarren estate. Several of the quaint historic features survive such as the so called spiral chapel steps in the main cottage. 'Dog friendly' and 'Use of Pool and Tennis Court'
Doctor's Cottage (Sleeps 6)
Peacefully positioned, close to the ancient Fogou,in the centre of the estate, the thatched Doctor's Cottage dates from the 16th century and retains its original character although modernised to Trelowarren's high standards.
Fogou (Sleeps 6-8)
Away from it all, in the historic centre of the estate, Fogou Cottage, dating from the 16th century, stands close to the unique underground monument it is named after. It retains its thatched, period charm but has been modernised to the standards of the Great Office.
Halliggye (Sleeps 8-10)
Everybody loves this south-and-west-facing, 18th century cob and stone cottage, with its sun-trap terrace, big garden and wonderful views across the Goonhilly Downs.
Great Office
Award winning conversion of 19thC Estate Offices.
Downas (Sleeps 4)
This is the cosiest of the Great Office houses and is ideally situated near to the main courtyard and the new leisure centre.
Lankidden (Sleep 6-8)
This handsome three-bedroom luxury property has an enclosed grass garden to the north and a sunken, walled terrace garden on its south side - a natural suntrap.
Pentreath (Sleep 6-8)
Pentreath shares all the best features of The Great Office conversion – notably high ceilings and standards of furnishing and equipment.
St Anthony (Sleep 6-8)
St Anthony is the flagship of the Regency barn conversion called The Great Office. It is a large and sunny house, with a breakfast conservatory on the east side and a wraparound garden, complete with terraces and outdoor furniture so that you can choose to entertain or relax, in or out of the sun.

On the edge of the beautiful Long Valley woods four great luxury houses only a short walk from the restaurant and leisure facilities.
Tregenna (Sleeps 8-10)
Tregenna, an end of terrace house, has probably one of the best locations on the estate overlooking the Long Valley. The house is surrounded by exceptionally large lawns and terraces, perfect for children.
Polgear (Sleeps 4-6)
Polgear is one of the Long Valley mid terrace houses, adjacent to Goldfringey, with a private garden and patio area. It is separated, on the ground floor from Polwyn, by a central walkway through the terrace building allowing access to the rear garden.
Polwyn (Sleeps 4-6)
Polwyn is adjacent to Tregenna and is a mid Long Valley terrace house. The central walkway in the terrace provides access to the rear garden and patio area at the back of the house. The patio is beautifully positioned for the afternoon and evening sunshine, an ideal location for summer BBQ's and entertaining.
Goldfringey (Sleeps 6-8)
This is a large luxury three bedroom house. It is at the opposite end of the Long Valley terrace to Tregenna and has great views and privacy with extensive garden and terrace areas.
Higher & Lower Barns
Set in the sunny historic orchard area of the listed landscape and close to the central facilities.
Penhillick (Sleeps 6-8)
This house is one of the Upper Barn houses and follows the design of Chyreen. It is situated in a secluded position providing lots of privacy as well as beautiful country views. There is a safe garden for children to play in, terrace areas for entertaining and relaxing, designed to make the most of the sunshine, peace and tranquillity.
Gweal Gullas (Sleeps 6-8)
Gweal Gullas is adjacent to Penhillick and is one of the two Upper Barn houses. This house follows the design of Skewye and has secluded grounds with lots of privacy as well as beautiful country views. There are terrace areas for BBQ's and entertaining.
Chyreen (Sleeps 6-8)
This house is one of the Lower Barn houses situated in a very secluded position providing lots of privacy and a safe garden for children to play in. There are terrace areas for entertaining and to simply relax and enjoy the sunshine, peace and tranquillity.
Skewye (Sleeps 6-8)
Skewye is adjacent to Chyreen and is one of the two Lower Barn houses. This luxurious house has very secluded grounds with lots of privacy and terrace areas for BBQ's and entertaining.
Wheal Prosper (Sleeps 6-8)
Wheal Prosper overlooks the Old Tudor Warren and at 148 sq. meters is our largest three bedroom holiday property. The house is beautifully designed and is situated at one of the highest positions on the estate taking advantage of the far reaching views.
Wheal Liberty (Sleeps 4-6)
Wheal Liberty adjacent to Wheal Prosper is the largest of our two bedroom properties. Like Wheal Prosper it to is beautifully designed and is situated at one of the highest positions on the estate.
